2025 Product Assistant

 We are beginning our 12th year and are looking for a part time Product Assistant to join our small but mighty team.  The absolute ideal candidate will live near by, be organized, be physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds, have a clean and valid drivers license, and be a clear and adult communicator.

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Weekly on Tuesdays packing of wholesale orders in Santa Cruz for Bay Area deliveries

• Manage on-sight farm stand

• Inventory management, organization

• Freezer and fridge product organizing for market prep and deliveries

• Weekly driving to pick up or deliver products

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid drivers license and comfort in driving Transit van

• Detail oriented

• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and repeatedly

• Ability to communicate clearly and listen to instruction and carry out instruction

• Flexibility to work occasional weekend and evenings

• Commitment of at least 6 months

• Minimum availability to work every Tuesday, with additional hours possible Friday & Monday

Compensation:

Starting hourly pay is $20-22/hr, depending on experience/competence with A LOT of room to grow.  We see this as a position that will begin as part time but can easily grow to a full time and salaried position for the right individual.
