Free Farm Tour

Come to a free farm tour on Sunday, August 16, 1-3 pm!

For all of you who've been curious about what raising heritage breed chickens, pigs and turkeys looks like! Promptly at 1pm, Farmer Dede will lead a tour of the farm where you can see the animals, learn about what 'heritage breed' actually means, hear about the benefits of rotational grazing, and get closer to the meat you eat.

This is an event with a real start time, be sure to arrive with enough time to park so that you can join the 1pm tour.  

Feel free to hike and picnic across the street in Butano State Park beforehand. 

We will be selling chickens and other merchandise, so be sure to bring a cooler.

Please bring water bottles, sunblock, warm layers, snacks if you want them and please leave your dogs at home!
