Fall means turkeys!

We have been raising our heritage breed 'bronze' turkeys for almost 6 months and they are getting ready for my favorite holiday, Thanksgiving.  Our turkeys are rotated onto new pastures daily allowing them the outside space to behave naturally, flap their wings, and forage for bugs, grass, and seeds.  We love having them here on our land as they are full of personality and curiosities unlike most animals.  We are in the process of Organically Certifying our turkeys through CCOF and will be excited to carry their logo on our labels soon.  It has been a busy, full and amazing first year and we are excited to finish it off with the harvest of these incredible animals.
